My Gnomey-Sketch & Color Challenge Make One Card

Once again I used the Mini Garden Gnomes Stamp Set and Thin Cuts. These Gnomes are absolutely adorable and make a sweet card.

I used the Irresistibles cardstock to make the rectangles. It comes in 6 patterns and all you do is choose the color then sponge them.

Melon is our Color of the Year and will only be available through July. There are a full array of coordinating items in Melon, like the little flowers I used. Love Them!

I used the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge and the Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge as the inspiration for the card.

Two Very Easy Fold Sympathy Cards

 These 2 cards are super easy to make. It's a nice change to get a nontraditional fold card. The papers I used were floral black and white so I decided to make sympathy cards, a sad necessity.

The card on the left is made from a piece of black cardstock cut 4 1/4 x 11. It is scored at 2 3/4 and 8 1/4. I used the lattice card front thin cut to make a white background. I then cut it to 4 x 2 1/2. The inside piece of white cardstock is 5 1/4 x 4. The center square is 4 1/4" (black) and the floral square is 4".

The card on the right is a A2 card 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. A 1 1/4 " flap was cut up to the score fold on both sides. After adhering it to the inside of the card, I covered it with 2 pieces of 1 x 4 papers. The floral piece is 4 x 3.

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge 514 & Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge 537

 This is a card that I created for the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #514. I combined the Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge 537.

I cut the oval using a piece of white daisy cardstock and pick the shape from the Art Philosophy collection from CTMH. I placed it it Design Space for a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" card. I stamped the daisies using the Daisy, Daisy Stamp & Thin Cut set and versamark. I poured some embossing powder on the image and heated until the powder melted. I used Grape and Lagoon Ink Pads and dabbers to add ink to the background of the daisies and a stencil to add color to the front of the card. The hummingbird was in my stash and was colored with the Grape and Lagoon and a medium round waterbrush.
