 This is Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #573.

I used a Sage cardstock and the Stitched Swirl card front background for the base of the card. The horizontal stripes were a zip strip and 2 background and texture papers from the Honey Bunny collection. The sentiment, flower and adorable hedgehog came from the April Stamp of the Month "Little Hedgehogs". The coloring was done with various Tri Blend Markers.

Pansies for Spring!!!

 This is another challenge card using 3 challenges. The challenges are the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge, Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge and (a new one for me) Cut It Up Challenge. Three Challenges One Card!

 I'm combining 3 challenges for a birthday card. They are Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge, Color Dare Color Challenge and a new one for me AAA Birthday Card Challenges.

Here is my spin on the combined challenges:

I originally had the strips on white but it just left me flat, so I added a black background to give the colors some punch. The open hearts were some I cut awhile ago and were sitting in a dish on my work table. I love having die cuts ready to go! I decided to emboss the Happy Birthday in Gold Tinsel embossing powder. It's always fun to emboss. I have all my embossing tools, versamark and powders in a clear shoebox ready to grab and go. That makes it so easy! The papers came from the Jan-Feb Mix-ins along with black and Candy Apple cardstock. I did pull an old embossing folder to add hearts to the Candy Apple cardstock. I keep all my embossing folders in a 6 x 8 album so it is easy to flip through and find what I'm looking for. The strips were cut in 3/4" x 5" and spaced about 1/4" apart. Any colors or coordinating patterns could be used for this sketch along with whatever sentiment you need for the occasion.

The challenges I used are the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge 563 and the Color Dare Challenge 586. I'm also adding the Double Trouble Paper Craft Challenge 159 since they are using "Love Is In The Air" as the subject.

Christmas Card for Atlantic Heart Sketch Challenge 550!

 Here is another Christmas card that was inspired by the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge ladies! I am building my collection of cards to send out for Christmas that to these ladies. I love that I'm making all different cards to send. It kind of adds some fun for me to look at all different cards and pick who will receive each one.

Easy Christmas Cards 4 Different Looks-One Embossing Folder& Stencils

I took the Close To My Heart Christmas Floral folder and stencils and made 4 different cards. The embossing folder makes it so easy to create a lovely card in itself. The stencils take the embossed card to a higher level. The best part is the coloring is so easy to do with ink pads and blending brushes. The 1st card uses the Atlantic Hear Sketch Challenge 548 and Color My Heart Color Dare 571 to make a B & W and Candy Apple red card. I just went on from there to show how versatile you can be with a folder and coordinating stencils. Colors Used-Scarlet, Candy Apple, Pine, Jade
