To make the cloud template, I used a cloud shape from a workshop diecut and traced it onto a stencil sheet around all 4 sides then cut it out. I could then sponge for use a soft brush to apply Carolina Blue ink around the cloud shape. I started at the bottom and worked my way up so as to not ink over the previous cloud. It's easy and fun to do!!
