Combining Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge 541 and Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge 564 produce this card:
My Card
AHSC 541
CDC 564
My card was made with all discontinued products. It's important to use our supplies so instead of pulling out the new colors, I used my stash.
This is not a color combo I've used before so I stepped out of my box and I really like the look. It has a fall feel to me. The gold foil and purple shimmer trim added a bit of glitz. White embossing powder for the Happy Birthday sentiment popped!
The stamp set I used is
Occasional Wreath Stamp + Thin Cuts
How I cuts the pieces
Grape-cut 5 1/2 x 4 1/4
Green Apple-cutx2 3/4 x 5 1/4
White Daisy-cut 5 1/4 x 2 1/4
Gold-cut 4 x 1
Nectarine-cut 3/4 x 3 3/4
Purple Shimmer trim-cut 3 3/4
Clean and simple always works - great colour combo! Thanks for sharing with us at Atlantic Hearts and Colour Dare :)

Lovely card and youtube tutorial. I love the embossed white middle section really a great use of the sketch and our Colour Dare colours. Thanks for sharing with us at colour dare, I hope you can join us again soon.
ReplyDeleteThe embossed panel in the middle is so perfect to match the sketch. This would make a great birthday card for a guy with the colors and CAS design. Thank you for sharing with us at Color Dare.
